Membership Terms and Conditions

If a user purchases our monthly or yearly membership, the following terms and conditions apply, effective from the time of purchase.

Craft with Sarah / Design Sheep Ltd is hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,” and the purchaser of the membership is hereinafter referred to as the “Member.” The Member agrees to become a participant in the Provider’s membership program, and the Provider agrees to grant the Member certain rights, benefits, and access to facilities, all subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Both parties acknowledge and agree to the responsibilities, rights, and obligations set forth herein, governing the membership relationship between the Provider and the Member

M1. Membership term

  1. The initial term of this membership shall be either one month or one year, commencing on the date of purchase and whether the Member chose to purchase the monthly or yearly membership.
  2. The membership payments are automatic based on a subscription software model.
  3. The Provider may adjust membership renewal fees with reasonable notice to the Member.

M2. Cancellation

  1. Membership will be renewed and charged automatically for successive terms unless the Member cancels the subscription product from within their account on CraftwithSarah.com or requests manual cancellation by emailing [email protected]
  2. Requests for manual cancellation must be received at least 72 hours prior to the next membership payment being due.
  3. If the Member cancels the membership, they will retain membership benefits until the expiry of the time period covered by their most recent payment.
  4. If a membership is cancelled, upon the ending of the time period covered by their more recent payment, the membership will be automatically cancelled and the Member will not be charged any further for this product. All membership benefits will be removed.
  5. Any design credits remaining on a Member’s account at the time of cancellation will remain on the Member’s account and be available for them to use for a minimum period of 1 year from cancellation. When 1 year has passed since the cancellation date, the Provider reserves the right to remove unused credits from the Member’s account, without notice.

M3. Payments

  1. The Member can manage their payment information and card details from within their account on CraftwithSarah.com. It is up to the member to keep their details up to date at all times.
  2. Late payments will not be charged, but the Provider reserves the right to cancel the membership and remove all associated benefits, with no notice, if a payment is more than 3 days overdue.

M4. Membership Benefits

  1. The Member is entitled to the benefits outlined in the membership program, including but not limited to monthly design credits (20 for the monthly membership, 25 for the yearly membership), access to craft Classes, member-only Challenges, Design Requests, an ad-free experience on CraftwithSarah.com (excluding video ads on YouTube videos) and $30 discounts on all Craft Countdown Instant Access Bundles (cannot be combined with any other discounts or codes).
  2. The Provider reserves the right to modify or add to the membership benefits with reasonable notice to the Member.

M5. Termination of membership

  1. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of the Agreement.
  2. The Provider reserves the right to terminate the Member’s membership for cause, including but not limited to violation of the Provider’s rules or failure to pay membership fees.

M6. Grounds for termination

  1. The Provider may terminate the Member’s membership for cause, including but not limited to violation of the Provider’s rules, disruptive behavior, or any conduct deemed incompatible with the membership community.
  2. The Member may terminate their membership at any time from within their account, or request the Provider to terminate their membership by emailing [email protected] with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to their next renewal.

M7. Refund policy

  1. Refunds for membership fees will only be issued in accordance with the following refund policy.
  2. Any requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the last membership payment.
  3. Only the last/most current membership payment will be eligible for a refund.
  4. Members may request a refund of their most recent membership payment, within 30 days of making the payment, as long as they have not used design credits from the most recent payment to download products with a USD value greater than that of the membership payment amount.

Refunds amounts are calculated on a pro-rata amount based on the full USD price of any designs that Members have purchased using the credits from their most recent renewal.

For example, if a Member is on the monthly plan, the monthly payments are $20. If they downloaded one layered designs (2 credits) using the credits from their last renewal, then requested a refund, the refund total would be $15 as the full USD price of one layered design is $5 USD ($20 – $5 = $15).

If the total USD value of products they have downloaded is greater than the membership amount then no refund will be given.

All remaining credits will be removed from the Member’s account if a refund is granted, and all other membership benefits will be removed too.

M8. Member responsibilities

  1. The Member agrees to adhere to all rules, policies, and guidelines established by the Provider for the duration of their membership.
  2. The Member is responsible for promptly updating their contact information and notifying the Provider of any changes.

M9. Code of conduct

  1. The Member agrees to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the community. This includes adhering to all guidelines, respecting other members, and refraining from any illegal activities.

M10. Privacy policy

  1. The Provider agrees to handle any personal information collected from the Member in accordance with the Provider’s privacy policy.
  2. The Member acknowledges and consents to the Provider’s collection and use of their personal information for membership-related purposes.

M11. Data collection & usage

  1. The Member acknowledges and agrees that the Provider may collect and use certain data related to their membership, including but not limited to usage patterns, preferences, and contact information.
  2. The Provider will use this data for internal purposes, including improving the membership experience and providing relevant communications to the Member.

M12. Communication preferences

  1. The Member may specify their communication preferences regarding updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  2. The Provider agrees to respect the Member’s communication preferences to the extent feasible.

M13. Intellectual property

  1. Any intellectual property created by the Member in the course of membership, including but not limited to contributions to forums or collaborative projects, shall remain the property of the Member.
  2. The Member grants the Provider a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute any content provided by the Member for the purposes of promoting the membership community.
  3. The Member agrees not to submit any User-Generated Content that:
  • Is false, misleading, or defamatory;
  • Violates any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights;
  • Contains viruses or harmful code;
  • Is offensive, threatening, or harmful to others.

M14. Event participation

  1. The Member may have the opportunity to participate in events organized by the Provider as part of the membership benefits.
  2. The Provider reserves the right to modify or cancel events with reasonable notice to the Member.

M15. Changes to membership terms

  1. The Provider reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of membership, including but not limited to fees, benefits, and rules.
