Free St Patrick’s Day SVG Files ☘️ Shamrocks, Leprechauns & More!
Download free layered St Patrick’s Day SVGs here!
Layered cardstock projects are my absolute favourite craft to make, especially for the holidays. They are a wonderful way to change up your home decorations throughout the year, for example for St Patricks Day.
I love how the cutout shapes come together just with a few foam pads and some glue to make three-dimensional artwork.
I regularly release free layered SVGs and of course this includes a collection of St Patrick’s Day designs!
You can find all of my free St Patrick’s Day SVGs below. Click the “Read more” buttons to go to the tutorial for that particular design, which includes a box to download the files.
As well as SVG format, most of the designs also come in DXF and PNG format so that they will work for a wider range of cutting machines.

GIANT Lucky Horseshoe
Make a GIANT lucky horseshoe for St Patrick’s Day.
This flower and shamrock filled design looks beautiful when cut from gold and holographic card to give it some shine.
This is an “off-the-mat” project, which means that it ends up bigger than a Cricut machine can cut when it’s all finished and stuck together.
The finished horseshoe measures approx 15.75 inches wide and 18 inches tall.
Lucky Shamrock Wreath
Make a beautiful lucky shamrock wreath out of cardstock with this free St Patrick’s Day SVG for Cricuts and other digital cutting machines!
Build up layers of cardstock with foam squares and glue to create a 3D effect to your paper shamrock wreath.

If you have a Silhouette and use the free version of Silhouette Studio then you’ll need to upload the DXF version of the file into Silhouette Studio.
If you have any of the paid versions of Silhouette Studio (e.g. Business Edition) then use the SVG file instead as that will be easier to work with in your software.
Here’s how to use DXF files in Silhouette Studio:
What can I sell for St Patrick’s Day?
There are lots of different things you could sell for St Patrick’s Day like cards, shadow boxes, stickers and t-shirts.
You can sell St Patrick’s Day crafts that you’ve made on a Cricut machine if the images or cut files you’ve used have a commercial licence that allows for this.
All “Craft with Sarah” files come with a commercial license that allows you to sell physical, handcrafted items that you have created using our designs. Read my full terms of use here.
What can kids make for St Patrick’s Day?
Depending on the age of the children, I’m sure they could assist you in making some of the free layered designs in my SVG library. This leprechaun craft would be a good one! It would look great in a shadow box or on a card front – or stick it straight up on the wall!
